Overcrowding in Newham?

This piece in the Guardian is an interesting read about overcrowding and environmental health interventions:

  1. We have dealt with a couple of similar cases in the past through the service of Prohibition Orders and rehousing the tenants into larger properties.
    Colleagues in Greater Manchester have seen an increase in these cases recently.
